Workshops at Field Psychology
FIELD PSYCHOLOGY WORKSHOP ON PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS
In the past we have provided workshops on psychometric testing at, The Industrial Society, Birkbeck College and the University of Birmingham.
We have now designed a workshop which is taught entirely one-to-one. Our experience with previous workshops was that participants, many of whom were HR professionals wanted to try out tests and this can only work satisfactorily on a one to one basis.
Over the course of the day you will have the opportunity to:
-
Find out about the wide range of psychometric tests available
-
Try out samples of tests
-
Identify the benefits and short comings of different kinds of tests
-
Learn which test suits which task
-
Discover some creative applications of psychometrics for problem solving
-
Gain confidence in taking psychometric tests yourself
-
Know more about employment law and psychometric tests
-
Ask everything you need to know
As the workshop is one-to-one you will have the opportunity to spend as little or as long on the above topics as you need and to ask the psychologist to explain things whenever you need to. The facilitator is an experienced psychologist who has worked in the field for twenty years.
ARRANGEMENTS
The workshop takes place in central London from 10am to 5pm
It is possible to start at 11am and finish at 6pm if you are travelling into London.
The cost of the course is £500 inclusive of the day's refreshments.
